Cascade CMS

Campus units collaborate with University Communications and Web Services to create departmental websites, develop content, and organize information architecture. As part of this process, Web Services provides training on using the University's content management system, Cascade CMS, and University Communications provides content training.

Designated staff members within campus units are responsible for managing all content within their sites and for seeking consultation or assistance from University Communications or Web Services when needed.

In our User Guide, you will find resources and step-by-step instructions for making content edits or performing other tasks in Cascade CMS. We encourage you to look through every section, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, you may find your answer on our Frequently Asked Questions.

Updates to Cascade CMS are also regularly shared at our User Gatherings, for which we provide video recordings as well as resources for new features.

If you need additional help, reach out using SpiderTechNet where Web Services and University Communications respond to common requests.
